A Flying Wing has to have a wing.    The backbone of the wing is the Spar.  This is the beginning of the main spar.

The main spar for one side of the Wing takes shape.  This process you take very slowly. It must be precisel

It has metal attach points for attaching to the fuselage using taper bolts.  The picture on the left is the bare spar with the rib locations noted.  The picture on the right is the spar with the ribs, each one built by hand, placed along the length of the spar.

The wing now has the ribs in place and the wood you see is covering the higher stress load areas to give the wing very strong lift ability.  The metal sheets at the top of the wing are templates to make sure the leading edge of the wing has the right shape.  It does.
