Today Graham and i (Clare) started making a loaf of spelt bread, here we are adding the yeast. We were supposed to make it last weeek, but it was too cloudy for the solar cooker to produce enough heat to cook the bread , even if we had made the dough.

We put the dough outside to rise , we put it in a roast pan on half a barrel. Two hours later, we were still not happy with its rising, then the sky clouded over, im hoping it wont be too cloudy for long.
