House Insulation

The best investment one can make is by insulating the house and reducing their energy use. the payback is immediate and continues forever!

In order to get things right in the attic we needed vent holes drilled by Isaac.... working in the attic is a very hot miserable job.... so we only work about an hour there in the early morning hours.

After taking out the old insulation we put in 6 inch R22 on the outside wall and then started construction of the inside wall. It will also have 6 inches of insulation.
Since I really can't run a vacuum cleaner very long the carpet had to go! And look at that nice hardwood floors underneath!
I had replaced the windmows last fall and I had to then destroy the wall paper.
