| This is the new greenhouse in the fall of 2009. Quite an addition to the house and promises to be a real challenge to understand and use it. In Dec of 2009 I installed a heated root/ earth section. | ![]() |
![]() |
January 12,2010 Mat added a tap to the Greenhouse so he can water the plants with a hose ,rather than going back and forth with a watering can. |
![]() |
The tempature is really nice, 33 degrees Celsius. I could stay in there all day!!

This is the pump that circulates the hot water to the greenhouse. And yes it does get insulated. |
![]() |
And finally the plants and tubing connected are in the box with the heat turned on. |
![]() |
Mat painted Part of the wall black so it will absorb heat. |
![]() |
Mat put a white tarp in front of his greenhouse so that the sun will reflect off the white
