Wingtips:

There are two parts to the wingtips, the wingtip spar and the actual wingtip. It is important to fit the wingtip spar to the rear spar then have the wingtip fit onto it. Clamp the wingtip spar to the rear wing spar ajust this as you put on the wingtip. Mark the spar location with a pencil mark on both the wingtip spar and wingtip. Once you have the location, coat the wingtip spar to rear spar location with a mixture of cabosil and epoxy; let that cure overnight. Next check the wingtip fit, cover the wingtip spar with about 1/4 " of thick epoxy/cabosil mixture, push on the wingtip over the spar, then carefully press down the area over the wingtip spar to spread out the epoxy/cabosil mixture. Do not press the area down too far so as to create a space when you release pressure. Make sure the wingtip follows its natural curvature.
