IT FLIES!!! August 21, 1999 we did some ground skimming. On the first tow it I had just pulled the Monarch up off the skid plate onto the wheel when I noticed the absenceof wheel noise..... I was flying!!! What a joy to fly! It was so easy I let one of the local instructors.... he grabbed the longest flight of the day.He also confirmed the ease of flying and landing. So on to the test flying!!!!
