The Pioneer III version by Roman Fraisl

Here is my version of a pioneer III 1/4 scale RC-model.

I built it on my own using some pictures I have seen on your homepage.

Wing span 3,75m, weight 2kg, airfoil is developed by curt weller. He is an austrian specialist in RC-flying wings.

Jan 3, 2004 Roman sends us photos of the first flight of the Pioneer III model. Well done!

The Pioneeer III on tow- now thats one nice tow plane1

from the left to the right
1) Alois Preininger, Pilot of the Me-109
2) Me (Roman Fraisl)
3) Andy Ursprunger my friend
4) Curd Weller, designer of the used airfoil

That is a familiar profile for those who have seen the Pioneer IId full scale fly1
That looks good!
Just like the real thing!
